Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the STATION website and coworking services. By making a booking or buying a membership you agree to them.

Operator

The services are provided by "Kala 2008" LLC (ID 204551449), registered address: Vertskhlis St. №1, Krtsanisi district, Tbilisi, Georgia. Brand: STATION. Email: info@station.com.ge.

Services and prices

  • Open-space workspace — a day pass (the spot is yours for the whole day, within opening hours);
  • Meeting room — by the hour or for a full day;
  • Memberships — for the periods shown on the website.

Prices are shown on the website in Georgian lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes. Opening hours are published on the website.

Booking and payment

  • An online booking is confirmed the moment payment goes through; walk-in bookings are arranged at reception;
  • A day pass is valid on the chosen day within opening hours; the room — for the chosen hours;
  • A membership activates on payment and runs for its stated period;
  • An active membership covers open-space spots; the meeting room is booked and paid separately.

Changes and cancellations

You can move a booking to other day(s) free of charge, subject to availability. Payments are non-refundable — see the Changes & Cancellations policy. Bookings are for specific dates, so the 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply, in line with the exceptions set by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

Account

Keep your account details accurate and your credentials safe. We may restrict or suspend an account in case of misuse.

House rules

  • Respect other guests, the working atmosphere and the equipment;
  • Follow staff instructions and safety rules;
  • Damage you cause is compensated in accordance with the law.

Liability

We provide the services with reasonable efforts. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings or for interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by mandatory law.

Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy).

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia; disputes are resolved by Georgian courts after an attempt at amicable settlement.

The terms are available in Georgian and English; in case of discrepancy the Georgian version prevails.
